Great views of the Na Pali Coast. Difficult, steep, often muddy hike.
Located 2 miles from the start of the Kalalai Trailhead.

All beaches along the Na Pali Coast are considered treacherous
and swimming is not advised during any season.

This beach is located at the end of the Kalalau trail, a 6-10 hour walk for
most hikers. Long, wide picturesque beach, worth the hike. All beaches
along the Na Pali Coast are considered treacherous and swimming is not
advised during any season.

Interesting lava shelves that become tidepools at low tide, good for
seeing small sea creatures. Usually safe swimming all year round. The
only salt pond still used by Hawaiians today to make sea salt. PLEASE Do
not enter salt making area without permission.
